Purpose:
The identification and contact data (name and surname, ID, telephone number) that you provide us will be kept for a period of one month, as provided in the resolution, in order to identify the people who have come to the establishment in a specific date and time slot, in the event that a positive case occurs or that health authorities require such information to screen or track possible people affected by SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
Legitimation:
Consent of the interested party (art. 6.1.a RGPD), protection of the vital interests of the interested party or other natural persons (art. 6.1.d RGPD) and on the basis that the treatment is necessary for reasons of public interest in the field of public health, such as protection against serious cross-border threats to health (article 9.2. i) GDPR).
Recipients:
No transfers will be made to third parties, except to the competent health administration.
Rights:
They can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, portability, limitation, opposition, not to be subject to automated decisions or withdraw consent at the address indicated above.
Likewise, the interested parties have the right to complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Agency for Data Protection at www.aepd.es).
